As one of the most popular insurance brands in Singapore (second to NTUC income), MSIG’s travel insurance plans are pretty affordable with decent coverage.
They have three plans under TravelEasy: Standard, Elite and Premier.
However, it’s important to note that the coverage for their standard plan is lower in terms of emergency evacuation and travel inconvenience.
Adrenaline junkies should also note that they do not cover most outdoor activities, even basic ones like scuba diving and ice skating in their standard plan.
Thus, it might be wise to opt for their Elite or Premier plans instead. Both plans offer you with better and more comprehensive coverage and cover for outdoor activities.
Their Elite and Premier plans also cover for things such as unused entertainment tickets due to an accident, rental vehicle access and domestic pet care.
Insurance plans can be taken to cover individual, family or group travel. Premiumsdiffer depending on your destination and how long you are traveling for.

For adrenaline junkies, you’ll be glad to know that Tokio Marine also covers for adventure sports such as bungee jumping and skydiving. Something that some other insurers don’t cover.
A thing to note about Tokio Marine’s travel insurance plans is that they only split their zones into Asia and Worldwide.
